What is Booking Durations?

Booking Durations live in your menu at the guides dashboard under "Availability". This is where you set the different durations that will be available to book you by on your profile. You can choose to remove pre-set durations or add new ones.

Available durations

We have prefilled your profile with a set of durations varying from 1 hour to 5 hours.

You can remove one of the durations by clicking the trashcan next to it.

Examples:

If you dont take 1 hour tours - you simply remove the option. Or if you are available to take 7,5 hours tours you add it in minutes (450 minutes).

You can choose how many or how few options you have on your profile. It will show up once your profile is published as a drop down on the booking page.

The price of the tour is chosen is your hourly rate multiplied by the hours (or half hours) that is booked.

Ps: You will never be able to be booked 8 hours if your calendar doesn't have a 8 hour slot available (limited by either a booking, a blocked time or closed opening hours).
