About me: I have many years of professional experience as a location and production manager at NRK and as a tour guide for the Scandinavian travel agency Apollo (2009–2010). I became a certified Oslo guide in 2011 and hold a bachelor’s degree in European and American Studies (2017) as well as a bachelor’s degree in Art History and Visual Media (2021). I offer a total of six standard walking tours for you to choose from: two tours along the Akerselva River—where you are welcome to suggest the route and starting point—and four city walks that all begin in the city’s historic heart, Christiania Torv. From Christiania Torv and the "Glove", the tours proceed to various destinations: Akershus Fortress and on to Hovedøya; Akershus Fortress and on to Oslo City Hall; Akershus Fortress and on to Vigeland Park; or directly to Karl Johans gate, with its many historic buildings. This tour concludes inside Oslo’s new National Museum with a 45-minute guided tour.

• Tour 1 – The Akerselva River - the cradle of the industrial revolution in Norway and Oslo's largest open-air museum.
  - Step into the story of the city's transformation from old industry areas to modern city life by exploring the Akerselva River, Oslo's Living Artery through centuries. Discover the industrial backbone and hidden secrets along the riverbanks with me.

• Tour 2 – Akerselva River - a living environmental park where nature, architecture and modern urban culture merge.

• - Along the riverbanks, we'll study Oslo's visual culture and historical memories. We'll discover the river's most beautiful bridges, enjoy its bubbling waterfalls, and rejoice with the locals in exciting architecture, sculpture and urban street art.

• Tour 3 – Historic Oslo: Christiania Torv, Akershus Fortress and Hovedøya : Power, nature, iconic view and idyllic Island landscape.

• - From Christiania Torv and Kvadraturen in Oslo's historic center, we walk to Akershus Castle and Fortress, which offers an iconic view of the blue Oslo Fjord. Then we head to Aker Brygge, where a municipal ferry takes us over to the famous Hovedøya – an island with medieval monastery ruins and pleasant beaches.

• Tour 4 – Historic Oslo: Christiania Torv, Akershus Fortress and Oslo City Hall: Power, Democracy and Civic Pride

  - From Norway's most visited national arena, Akershus Fortress and Castle, the tour turns its focus toward democracy and civic identity in Oslo City Hall.
