What happens when I get a booking?
When you get a booking, it is actually a booking request based on your availability. A guest can not book you if your calendar is blocked. This is what happens:
An email is sent to you (and the booking appears in your pending bookings) with a time limit of 12 hours to respond.
You approve (or Decline) the booking (within 12 hours or the booking is declined)
An email is sent to the guest confirming your approval and with your email address to be able to reply
A calendar invite is sent to both your calendars (if you have a synced one it will show up in your regular calendar)
Your booking will move to "upcoming" in your Bookings Overview
After tour payment is sent to you directly
If a booking is declined by you, the guest will get an automatic refund and the tour will show up in your cancelled bookings.
