I grew up on the shores of Loch Rannoch in Highland Perthshire, surrounded by Scotland's wild landscapes and wildlife. After graduating from St Andrews with an MA in Archaeology, I spent years performing traditional music—playing banjo, mandolin, bouzouki and singing in Gàidhlig at pubs, ceilidhs, and festivals. My music took me north to Orkney, where I guided visitors around Skara Brae and the Heart of Neolithic Orkney, and later worked with cruise ships to design shore excursions. But guiding called me back fully, so I earned my Blue Badge and now share Scotland my way—eco-friendly, immersive, and always personal.
As one of Scotland's youngest Blue Badge guides, I’m passionate about sustainable tourism. My luxury all-electric vehicle (Mercedes-Benz EQV) lets guests travel in comfort while treading lightly on the land. I believe “slow” tourism lets visitors truly experience Scotland, connect with local communities, and make memories that last. Join me to explore hidden corners, sample local flavors, enjoy stunning vistas, and—if you like—share some tunes along the way.
